LOTUS EAT. Thai & S.E Asian Food Truck

It’s been years since I’ve had good Thai food. Lotus Eat is by far the best I’ve had. The Samosa’s were perfectly crisp and delicious. The Pad Thai was great and their Thai tea was AMAZINGLY sweet, creamy and refreshing. Everything was fresh and authentic and packaged well. 10/10

I tried this local Thai food truck today and it was such a great experience. The workers were incredibly kind and welcoming, always smiling and making the whole visit feel really warm. Whenever I get mango sticky rice from other places, the portions are usually small and the mango is often underripe. Here, they gave a generous portion and the mango was perfectly ripe so sweet and delicious. I also usually get Thai tea from other places like boba shops and it tends to taste watered down, but theirs was rich, sweet, and full of flavor. You can really tell they take pride in their food and the quality of their ingredients. On top of that, the pricing was very affordable for the amount you get.
