I can't recommend this drive-thru coffee shop enough! The staff is always in a fantastic mood and incredibly friendly, which makes every visit a pleasure. They consistently provides excellent recommendations. The service is top-notch, and the coffee? Simply amazing. If you're looking for a place that brightens your day with both great coffee and great vibes, this is it!

Had bad experiences when I lived here in the past but they're doing solid work now. Just tried their hot food for the first time too and it was so tasty, seems like way better ingredients than Starbucks.

The lady who took my order last week had braces and dark brown hair and glasses. Terrible attitude. Whenever I go to Dutch bros I’m always greeted with a warm smile and nice attitude. Human bean on the other hand was different. She didn’t smile. Wasn’t nice. And seemed impatient. Don’t work in a customer service job if you can’t be nice to the customers

I dont ever leave reviews because i get making mistakes and i dont trash a company for it but this irked me bad enough to leave one. Dark brown hair and glasses lady seemed upset I wanted coffee in the morning. Never going back after that one. Had to be the most awkward purchase I've made ever. Cant tell if she was upset I interrupted her conversation with the vehicle on the other side but glaring at me for wanting something you sell is crazy.

(9/18/2023) Went here for my birthday drink, didn't have a good experience at all. The barista at first was extremely kind, my birthday reward didn't redeem onto my account, because I'd recently updated the email I use with it. So I showed her the email I got telling me about my free drink. When the manager came over, I didn't really appreciate her tone, and I just felt like she was going to deny me my birthday drink. I'm pregnant and was not about to have that... so I figured out the issue and got it all scanned in. When I got my drink, it was disgusting. It was mostly ice. I could barely taste the Watermelon, Pomegranate, or the Passion fruit syrups. Made me feel like they did it on purpose, kind of. I wanted to get the drink remade to my liking, but didn't want to go back to deal with t
