I went through the drive & ordered a simple house coffee with raw sugar and cream. I received a coffee with no sugar that tasted like water downed coffee. I asked for a refund of my $2.75. It took about 12 minutes as they had to call the owner ! Unbelievable. I still didn't get a refund as they said it went back to my card. So 20 minutes No coffee and didn't offer a refund or replacement 🤔 cheap,cheap,cheap! Lost a customer for sure!

I have been coming to the Hill Street location for the last couple years and I never know if it’s going to be good or not. Last time I came, I gave them a big tip and they totally hooked me up and were so nice. Today I came through for a medium granita which I think is a bit overpriced at $4.75, and the girl asked me if I wanted whip cream. I said yes and then I tipped, which honestly I feel like for granita, you’re just pouring it out of a machine it’s premade you don’t really need a tip, but I did leave a tip and she forgot the whip cream! So when she handed it to me, I was like, “hey, I asked for whip cream” and she laughed and said, “I always forget,” so I just said “that’s all right.” I kind of expected it actually. I ordered the new electric berry drink and it came out alright, but the customer service was quite bad. Everyone there was chatting and making conversation, rather than the drinks. Then when I had received my drink (watered down) after a bit of waiting the girl just shoved it in my car window insinuating that I HAVE BEEN THE ONE TAKING MY SWEET TIME. No customer should receive any dirty looks when paying. I usually don’t leave reviews but this was ridiculously rude.

Love the girls there every time I go. Always makes me feel so welcomed but a couple times, the guy I’ve had an interaction with I didn’t love. He needs to have better customer service and also he didn’t make sure I wanted to add my rewards to my app. I missed out on points for three drinks because he just scanned my payment and gave me my drinks then told me have a good day. He didn’t make me feel welcomed honestly. But love the girls they are so sweet and kind.
