I highly recommend The Howard Company for a drive thru menu solution. This was our first professional install of a drive thru solution, and so I didn't know what to expect. We chose The Howard Company because we had seen other fast-food chains using their products, and because they were competitively priced with a solution that allowed us to start with a basic static menu and upgrade it later to a digital menu. The sales experience was good; the shipping / delivery of the equipment was decent (more on that below); and the install ended up okay, but the process was different from what I expected. We have never utilized digital menu boards and since we design and procure our static menu boards from The Howard Company, I reached out to them. It was a very complicated construction project and they were excellent. The sales team worked through all the equipment and service and the installation team was outstanding. The Howard Company is amazing! The restaurant I work for has been using them for years. I had the pleasure of working with Brittany and Christine recently when I needed to update our drive thru menu. Both Brittany and Christine were great at communication, took their time to make sure my order was correct, and even fixed a minor issue I had with one of my strips being damaged.
