Centrally located in Grand junction, this new hot dog trailer is a must stop! Simple menu design, choose the type of dog and then the type of toppings You would like. They offer amazing fries that have the perfect balance of salt and crisp. They carry optional items from time to time like the onion rings or their Very new Churros which i got to try first!!! All the food was amazing. I would easily say this was the best hot dog and fries in town... actually on the western slope! I got a 1/3 pound polish, the bun was large and they buttered and toasted it (delicious) and it stayed together while i ate my large dog with all the toppings! my supersized dog was $12 my fries and drink were $4 more. I was baptised in hot dog water, by the grand wizard, grand glizzard if you will..and transformed into the ultimate hot dog boi. Fear my wrath, for this world will know no mercy. Also the fries are good.

Do not skip this place. High quality ingredients and the friendliest people working here. Make sure you get the funnel cake fries! Wow!

Tried a "big dog" chicago style, cooking is done in beef tallo, Excellent tast. The best fries. Had a corn dog and might just be the best corn dog ever had because that beef tallo adds extra flavor to the corn dog batter. YOU Have to try them out! 💯 satisfaction . They have between 5:30- 7pm on Fridays & saturdays, carnitsa & birria (beef) and funnel fries, plus more.
