I haven’t been here in years due to living out of state. Back in AZ and gave it a try. The new manager, Richard, was down right rude. All because I mentioned being said Paul and Nancy weren’t running the place anymore. It’s like his attitude changed towards me when I mentioned them. Not sure if I’ll be back. He didn’t even point out the survey option at the bottom of the receipt.

The food is very good. I didn’t know they had sandwiches. The ham is delicious. So I wanted to try a sandwich. The sandwich was just as good as the ham. Nicole was amazing, very knowledgeable. Thank you!

Went in to pick up my online order of 1/2 (4lb) boneless ham. They could not locate a 1/2 boneless for me. But - they did make it right. They instead gave 6lb boneless for the same price. Which is awesome. I would have happily paid for the 6lb, as long as I had a ham for the party. Excellent customer service by all of the staff that was on duty - Thank you!

Bought a Ham online for Thanksgiving and had it delivered to the store. Easy to order online, easy to pick up at the store, and wonderful addition to our turkey dinner. So much, that I repeated the entire event today for our xmas Ham. And both times, the store manager, RICHARD, was involved in a very positive way. Ask for him when you visit the store. He is caring and special!

The food was so good!! Easy to clean up easy to bake the ribs fell off the bone. Very reasonably priced and the service was great. Will be doing this for holidays from now on!
