The Honey Baked Ham Company

I ordered a prime rib and a ham for Christmas this year. The ham was great as always but the prime rib was so fatty that the whole left side was fat. I had to tell guests to cut off the whole left side so they could eat it. I’m attaching pictures of the left overs. I have reached out to the store several times. I have emailed them twice and not even received an email back saying they received it. After calling the store several times I was told by the manager that she got it and she’s waiting on the district manager to reach out to fix the issue. I have contacted corporate and was told I would hear back in 24-48 hours. It’s been over 4 days and no word. We usually buy a prime rib for $80-90 and it’s much better than this. I paid $155 for a 5.994 pound prime rib that was probably at least

Was the Clerk's first day on the job. He was amazing. Helped me carry my $200 order to the car. Love you guys. Your name changed, but your quality products, sandwiches and customer service are better than ever. Thanks for making our family gatherings always a hit. P. S. I was disappointed for the following reasons first when I went inside it was crowded although the staff was friendly it was kaos between pre orders and simple carryout. Because they are known for ham that is what I wanted the classic ham sandwich. The meat is sparse and overwhelmed by the lettuce tomato and Swiss cheese and mayo I barely tasted the ham. They sell a variety of other foods cake mix stuffing rolls sides (family size) etc. and a lot more meats roast pork pot roast (catering size) but I went for a good fat tasty honey ham sandwich and the quality of that sandwich was that of any sub place that has ham with the exception at Sub places you get more meat. To upper management please re- evaluate and re-create the classic ham sandwich to be a lot better than currently sold.

Placed an order AND PAID 4 days ahead of time, Arrived at the designated time to pick up and now they are sold out. Wonderful thanks; xmas eve dinner and the grocery stores are closed. Don’t order here if you NEED the food. I wish I could give no stars.

Doors were open, but no one was home. Even yelled at one point, still couldn't find anybody. Shame, I really wanted a sandwich.
