I picked up my meal for thanksgiving. They were busy but got people through the line. I had an issue with one item and shared that on the survey they emailed me. They called me at 9pm offering to stay there for me to drive in and make it right. That is true customer service and caring!!! Amy was so polite and helpful on the call. She cared and was willing to do whatever was needed to make it right!!! They had a crazy day and she was willing to call an hour after they closed to address my issue! WOW, that is amazing!!! I will certainly be back and use them in the future. Thank you Amy for caring and calling!!! Happy Thanksgiving!

Always stop here when in Springfield. We usually eat lunch here and buy ham and turkey to take home with us. They are always kind enough to give us ice in our cooler to make sure the food stays cold and fresh for the long drive home. Staff is always super friendly.

This small turkey classic is $10.49 plus tax. Make it a combo and it’s $4.00 more. The bread rolls have gotten way smaller and the amount of turkey you get is half of what I normally get for $11 sandwich. Disappointing.

Stopped in for lunch although I had never heard about them before. I ordered the Tavern club and it was really tasty! Nice thick cuts of meat, bread was nice and fresh, honey mustard was nice and sweet. The two gentlemen working were nice and our food came out quickly. It was a good experience and I will add them to my list of favorite sand which places!
