I bought the meal 1 pound ham 1 pound turkey one side and four rolls. This is the worst I have ever had from HBH the meat was so dry. The kids didn’t even want to eat it as you can see the containers are still full and we got them for Christmas Once I had a bad experience. I never go back.. I must say the staff was very nice and as usual the store is always clean, but my food was the worst!

I'm sure the food would have tasted good if I actually got my order. I place an online order for my Christmas dinner for 16. I set the pick up day and time of Dec 24th 4pm - 5pm. I get there at 4:45 pm and the doors are locked. There was a guy still in the store and he said we are closed. I said what I have a pick up time between 4 - 5. What do you mean you're closed. I said can't you just give me my food, he said no I've been here since 7 am and I'm going home. I said but it's Christmas. He said you'll have to get a refund. I said I don't want the money, I want the food. For a minute I thought they were packing up my order but it turned out they were packing up food themselves. If you are looking for an absolutely delicious meal, please go see Josh at Honey Baked Ham in Roseville! We had their ham for dinner last night and it was the BEST ham I’ve EVER TASTED - bar none! I’ve also enjoyed catered Honey Baked Ham sandwich lunches at work provided by Josh and his staff. Awesome! Great, personalized service! Always a fantastic meal! I ordered a Honey Baked sandwich with everything except tomatoes and requested it toasted. When checking out, I specifically asked the cashier if the sandwich was toasted, and she assured me that it was. Unfortunately, when I got my order, the sandwich was not toasted at all. I called the store to address the issue and was met with a rude response, being told, “Well, you didn’t ask,” even though I clearly confirmed this at checkout. The lack of accountability and poor customer service was very disappointing. I expected better communication and professionalism. Sadly, this experience did not meet my expectations.

Preordered expecting a quick pickup—completely missed the mark. No drive-up or priority lane for preorders, had to go inside, and the order wasn’t ready. Staff had to gather everything like a walk-in order, which makes preordering pointless. Food quality is good and consistent, but service and process are disorganized and mediocre. Military discount cannot be applied online when preordering. I was told afterward that I could preorder without paying and have the discount applied in-store—how is anyone supposed to know that? Good service would’ve been to cancel and re-run the transaction with the discount applied. Other Honey Baked locations offer car pull-up for preorders—this one doesn’t. I won’t be back.
