Mr. Paul's Chop House

Hubby and I came in for date night Misty was our waitress she was amazing! He got the porterhouse with the baked potato and I got the 6 oz filet with the garlic whipped potato. We both had the signature Caesar salad and it was so good, and table side. We walked in on a Saturday at 4:30 and was sat immediately. Will be coming back for my birthday, Misty we will see you soon! :)

Mr. Paul’s Chop House is a classic, old old-school steakhouse that focuses on doing the fundamentals really well. I like that their menu is a solid two pages with specials and nothing more, not making it complicated. Decor and atmosphere were dim and excellent. The food was solid across the board, with the bearnaise standing out in my opinion: clearly made fresh (as it needs to be for every service) and done the traditional way, which is increasingly rare. The Caesar salad was also excellent and made table-side, with plenty of garlic and a dressing that tasted traditional. Add anchovies if you want the real traditional experience. My buddy brought me here to celebrate my birthday (well, the day after—but still a celebration!), and wow, what an incredible experience! It was me, Robert, and RJ, and from the moment we walked in, I knew this place was special. Paul’s Chophouse has that classic old-school steakhouse vibe — dim lighting, great atmosphere, and a level of service you just don’t see much anymore. First off, the customer service here is absolutely top-notch. Our server Valia was fantastic — attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. She kept the wine glasses full for my buddies, and since I’m more of a water drinker (and sipping on my Kettle One), she made sure my glass never went empty either. Dined here on a Friday night. Seated right away, and the service was amazing! We ordered a ribeye and a filet mignon, both medium. They were amazing! Couldn’t have been better! The side potatoes were delicious, and so was the clam chowder and the lemon cake. BTW, if you don’t do Valet, you can still park behind the building yourself :) I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone!!

Bought 1 pound of snow crab from this restaurant and paid $101. For two legs that does not even weigh 1 pound. The snow crab wasn’t fresh and was cold. You give three containers of butter and it only took one container for two snow crab legs. I just can’t believe this.You need to do better at this restaurant. I can’t. This was laughable
