The Honey Baked Ham Company

So this overpriced over cooked ham was our contribution to thanksgiving dinner. I've never had dry ham, but there it is. For $84.00 there are high expectations, but this is a new low. Whomever is responsible for quality needs to their eyes checked. This review would have been a negative if it was possible. I encourage all those whom are looking for this product to find another location. This was not the first quality issue with this location, but this is the last for us.

I was supposed to pick up an online pre pay order. To my surprise they ran out of one of the items. The offer to switch it with other item. My question is, what is the purpose to offer an item (available at the time of purchase) on your web site and charged the customer if you are not going to have the order ready for pick up at the date and time promised? I'm still waiting for someone to contact me after filing a complaint the business web site.

I ordered and paid online and when I picked up my order, the gentleman that helped me messed up my order. I didn’t notice until I got home. I called the store and spoke to Karla. She felt horrible and went out of her way to make sure I got my correct order. Shout out to Karla for the excellent customer service.

I ordered and paid online in advance in order to take advantage of the $7 off coupon. I was very disappointed that they didn't honour my coupon because I took a screenshot of it instead of downloading the app. When you are spending $100 on a ham, they should have given me the $7 off 😡

The best ham ever. I return every year. Also love their sides especially the cranberry sauce. You get many meals out of what size ham you get.
