The Honey Baked Ham Company

We have been regulars here for years because we love it! But the last 2 times we’ve gone, it’s been terrible. We love the Honeybaked sandwiches, which are served warm. We ordered some one month ago and the worker informed us their toaster was broken, so the sandwiches were served cold and were terrible. My husband picked us some up earlier today and when he got home we realized they were also cold again. It was awful again. We won’t be going back and honestly they should not be serving the food ice cold if they cannot make it the way it’s meant to be served. Today we were not informed and would not have bought the food if we had known! Last time we just went ahead with the purchase because we didn’t realize how bad it would be if not toasted.

I've never ordered a "dinner" from HBH. AND I NEVER WILL AGAIN. I thought for 189+ dollars it would be be freshly cooked. The ham and turkey were old and dry the casserole was FROZEN along with all the other sides. The carrort cake had been frozen and lost all moisture. I'd been better off giving to the grocery store and buying frozen foods and doctoring them up. I EXPECTED WAAAYYYY MORE FROM THAN WHAT I GOT 😩

Ordered 3 lbs of sliced spiral ham, only to receive thick ham loaf slices with large strips of fat throughout and end pieces to make up weight. The ham I received was dry and flavorless. When speaking with the manager, the only option offered to make it right was for me to drive over 30 minutes one way to return it. Btw, it's Christmas Eve, now what to serve my guests? If you look on the website, the image on the ham slices is spiral ham, so I see this as bait and switch. Better check your items before leaving. Image only reflects what was left and was still nasty.

Ordered this ham and it was completely burnt. I tried to take it back and the workers were so rude, they tried to tell me it was “just the glaze”

I had never heard of this place before, but my boss got me a gift card for Christmas. Me and my wife gave it a shot, and were very pleasantly surprised. I can’t speak for the catering, but their lunch menu items are great, and the portions you get for the price are really good as well. The week me and my wife tried this place for the first time, we ended up eating there again two more times that week. Very good hole in the wall that I don’t think many people know about. I had a $50 gift card, and I believe it ended up lasting me three or four visits eating for two, definitely recommend.
