First and last time shopping at this particular one. Cashiers was not friendly, I asked to see another size and she brought the same size with a different price. After I told that was ok they look the same size, She bagged the ham and practically shoved it towards me, she told me to have a nice day. So very disappointed.

This ham did not live up to my expectations. I followed the instructions on reheating and made sure to apply the topping on the slices. It's good but I was expecting more. However still one of the better hams I have served to my family so I give it 4 stars. If I were asked where it could be improved I would suggest they somehow have the glaze in between the slices. Or give extra glaze to bring home with purchase of ham.

This is my second time purchasing a burnt ham from this location. You know that is really frustrating and the manager on duty didn't have a concern in the world as if the ham being burnt was my fault. I felt like I should of been accommodated for the inconvenience on Christmas Eve my whole Christmas dinner is destroyed she was trying to force me to purchase a larger ham when clearly I purchased the size I needed to feed my family are you serious I will not be purchasing anything from this location not even a sandwhich. Give people quality for the amount they are spending! They should have seen it was burnt before they wrapped it up! The absolute worst service! The bread was hard from her microwaving my sliders. When we went to pay our $50 tab the card machine didn’t work and took 10 minutes or more for them to get it working again which honestly wasn’t that big of a deal but then we watched as the worker looked at her co worker and said that they turned everything off the co worker tell her use the microwave. We then asked for our drinks as we ordered combos and were told the drink machine was down and instead of a 16oz drink we were given 8oz can drinks. After we finally got our food we sat down to eat and we’re told we have to leave because they would be closing in a few minutes. The welcoming was EXTREMELY A welcome to their store haven't had that type of greeting in any place in decades. The sandwiches was delicious & everything fresh. I were gifted gift cards from my job last yr and this yr never used them but one time for a repass. Well I have my daughter 1 and she told me bout the sandwiches 🥪 so do to me having $125 left in gift cards I treated a friend of mine there and also b myself he stated he always ate there when he worked for toy'r us they broccoli 🥦 and ham classic meal.
