Opelousas Chicken & Seafood

I love this place, some of the best kabobs I've ever had, the rice is really good too. The boudin is awesome, I always got the shrimp one. I bought one of their t-shirts because I liked this place so much. I am going to miss it as I have to move :(

It is not often that I throw food away but I threw this $18 plate in the trash. I asked if the fish was catfish and was told that it was farm-raised catfish. What that means is that it is swai. It was half cooked and the rice was flavorless with frozen shrimp. A total disappointment

Food is good when it's hot. Service doesn't take too long and the atmosphere isn't bad. It would be nice if they had more options on the menu.

The food is just stupid delicious! The kabobs are so good they should be illegal. About the only negative I can think of is that they have no banana sodas. Not exactly what I would call a deal breaker. Go there! Get some chicken and fish and shrimp and shrimp fried rice. You won't regret it. Neither will your taste buds! I love this this place and you will too!

This place is really good. Nice and clean and the guys at the front counter are always friendly and kind. The food is nice, fresh and hot! You get a belly full and great portions.
