The Honey Baked Ham Company

I was thrilled to learn this location opened recently! It's much closer than going to Crossroads or the one in Durham, which doesn't have any indoor seating. This location does. Since I got a coupon in my email for a discount on lunch I headed over. I was warmly greeted and my order was taken promptly. In not too long my order was brought to the table and it was a very tasty sandwich! I saved my chips for later and refilled my drink to go. I know they're about to be crazy busy for the holidays, especially in this spot right next to Cinnaholic.

I had the Honey Baked no tomato or pickles. It was really good served warm! The onions were a type i had not experienced before and they made the sandwich better. The honey mustard was just right for me and not overpowering. The ciabatta bread was soft but not chewy (I usually avoid this type of bread at other places because sometimes it a bit tough). The place was super clean. I went at a slow time of day, so I cant comment on Atmosphere. This was my first visit and I would go back for sure.

I am writing to report a quality issue with a ham bone purchased on Thanksgiving Eve. I have been a HoneyBaked customer for many years and have consistently relied on the brand for both quality and consistency. Unfortunately, this most recent product did not meet those standards. The meat texture was abnormal, the flavor was noticeably absent, and the overall quality was unacceptable. Given the price of approximately $17, the product was underwhelming and disappointing.

What can I say….It’s Honey Baked Ham! I got a 12lb bone in Spiral ham. ‘Twas perfect.

So great to have a honey baked ham in west Cary!! Staff was very friendly, store was super clean, sandwich was fresh and delicious.
