Tristan is the nicest and so accommodating. Every single time we have either walked in or ordered online the experience has always been positive. I even order the office lunch from this location and they always do a wonderful job! My daughter prefers food here over fast food..... great job!

Picked up a ham on Christmas Eve I pre paid online. When I went to pick it up they told me Oh your one of our lucky customers we were able to give you this size ham when you paid this much. Oh okay cool thank you. Fast forward checking my bank statements they charged me that extra money. If anything I would have asked for a smaller ham. I feel scammed!

I love honey baked ham and go there a lot for lunch in Ann Arbor. However, I went into the canton location today and someone definitely woke up on the wrong side of the bed. The employees were not welcoming, they told me that the salads were only for catering (even though I get them all the time at other locations), and they were mad that I used a coupon. Won’t be coming back to this location. Some people just shouldn’t be in customer service roles. At the end they gave me a menu showing what their location serves and the salads were on there. 🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️

Don’t ever buy ham slices at this location days after Thanksgiving. Let my experience be a lesson for us all. My digestive system has been in turmoil ever since I made my purchase this afternoon. I should have known after my card declined. God was trying to protect me but I used another card😩😣

The perfect roasted turkey with 3 sides, cornbread stuffing, extra cheesy au gratin potatoes and mac and cheese. All we need is some dinner rolls a pumpkin pie and a salad. I tasted the turkey and it tastes so good.
