Dr. Timos Food Truck

My wife and I ordered Egyptian burger, falafel, and beef shawarma roll. Best falafel and shawarma we’ve ever eaten! First time eating Egyptian burger. It tastes awesome! I talked to the owner, he said he made from scratch, not microwave a frozen food. We’ll come again. Highly recommended!

Dr. Timos has brought their food truck onsite to our office twice recently. Today I had the chicken shawarma and it was excellent!! A little different than what I've had before but wonderful. Super hot and very flavorful. Staff was very friendly. If you see this truck out, be sure to stop and grab a bite!

Absolutely loved this food truck! The flavors are authentic and fresh, portions are generous, and the staff is super friendly. You can really taste the quality in every bite. Canton is lucky to have real Egyptian street food like this — highly recommend to anyone looking for something delicious and different

This truck was serving lunch at my work (northville) I was served quite possibly the BEST burger i've had in a VERY long time! Perfect balance of toppings the burger was grilled to perfection and the fries hot and cripsy ! i rate them 10 out of 10 stars highly recommend this truck if you see it parked somewhere you must stop and enjoy!

At plymouth music in the park. Me and the guy behind me ordered fries. Waited a long time. They didn’t even put the fries in the fryer until a few minutes after I ordered. They weren’t backed up cuz we were the only ones in line at all and only one person even inquired the whole time we were there. There was no apology, just an it’ll just be a few minafter I already waited awhile. Not the kind of service I hope for when I have a pregnant wife and two little kids waiting on me for one order of fries. Barely even got any in my order.
