The employees are very nice and repeat your order back to you to make sure they got it right. I buy 2 sandwiches to have for lunch the next two days at work. 1 of the female employees offers to put the lettuce on the side in a container or baggie so that it is still fresh and crispy when I eat it!!!! That is wonderful and a caring employee. :- )

Not sure which one this is as I go to 2. Im guessing this is Athens. The people are super sweet. And the help each other with questions quickly. I get sandwiches made special and they do a great job at doing it right. Unfortunately........ I left without my chips!!! Not happy... my fault 😔

The young lady at the cashier helped me look over the menu was so nice. She also explained each sandwich and what came on them. The restaurant was nice and clean and the sandwich was amazing!

I received excellent customer service from the manager, Steve Hayes, at the Buford store after experiencing some minor issues. He went out of his way to make everything right. Highly recommend.

I have to write about an experience that happened Thanksgiving eve. I'm not going to go into all the details but let me just say that Keith stepped up and went above and beyond to make this right. What was originally a huge let down turned into an overwhelming make it right scenario. Keith and his team are so generous to there customers and community. No words can say how thankful I am for their generosity on Thanksgiving day. I will continue to patronize this location due to this.
