Barrett's Baked Goods

I was late and hadn't eaten breakfast, so I stopped here to see what they had. It became a routine! Their croissants are large, taste great and are always served with a smile. So, I added a scone... large, tasty and served with the same smile. During another visit, I noticed their fridge, with frozen meals, so I tried their soup, then I tried more. Every single one I've had is just brilliant! Without anything else, they are a good meal, and I’m not small! Barrett’s Baked Goods is high on my list of places I recommend. Their quality, selection, and service are becoming increasingly rare, a true gem in Buford, GA!

I go here almost weekly, there is always a new tasty treat to try! The service is amazing and so friendly, and they recognize me when I come in! I couldn't recommend MORE!!!!!!! They also offer pre-made breakfast, lunch and dinner options like soups or pasta bakes, and have large pre-made family sized-meals that you can buy in bulk to heat up at home!

The chicken salad is the best I've had. So is the pimento cheese. If you try a ding dong, you'll see why people come from all over for them. We love getting their lunch - especially the Italian beef sandwich! Also, everyone in there is always so sweet. The owner insisted on helping me out to my car once because I was carrying my toddler. I like giving my money to businesses like this.

First of all. The friendliness of the staff was so inviting and warm. Loved meeting them! There are SO many gluten free options here. I was just in town for an event and wanted a sweet treat so googled gluten free bakeries near me. So glad this one popped up! I will make the drive back for sure! Not only were there many GF choices, they were also excellent in taste and quality. We got the chocolate chip cookie, DING DONG, white chocolate (cranberry?) blondie, and a fruit flavored scone as well— all GF! There were so many other options as well. So yummy! This little bakery is a true gem! Edited to add that they had GF chocolate eclairs and they were the best pastries I’ve ever eaten!!

Finally stopped in today after stalking their Instagram page longingly for the past year! Thrilled to say after having a ding dong while sitting outside the shop that it is worth it! So far I have only had the ding dong which was a huge, delicious pastry, that it is already so worth the hour drive! The ladies were very friendly and recommended items to try that I can't wait to have later. I will certainly be making the trip out here again!
