The Honey Baked Ham Company

Ordered turkey sliders on December 24th and when I prepared them the next day there wasn’t any of the honey packets sauce in the container only butter and pickles. Couldn’t call them that day because of course they were closed due to holiday, so I called the day after to let them know and the manager, who could really care less, responded with an awkward silence and I said maam I’m calling to bring this to your attention and then she was like “so..what… you want us to make them over?” She didn’t apologize for the fact that we had to eat those dry sliders nor did she apologize for the fact that I would have to drive all the way back over there. She was very apathetic for a mistake that THEY had made. So no ma’am I’ve changed my mind, you do not have to make them over. I’m good. I don’t feel

My mother would visit all the time. I thought there was only ham but you can get a whole convenient meal or a lunch. Also, if you don't eat pork, there is a smoked turkey option that is out-of-this-world! A church friend brought us meals with the sliced turkey when my husband passed, so my daughter and I went back for Christmas dinner because we enjoyed it so much. Same location on Florida Blvd, as when I was a childWe highly recommend it.

This was my first time picking up a ham on Christmas Eve. These guys have it down to a science! A 40 minute wait was way less than I expected for such a busy day. If you have never tried their lunch sandwiches, you are missing out!

I was in banking for decades and we were constantly mystery shopped so I try to do ratings as much as possible. However I don't do them as often as I should. I didn't want to let this one pass. I had a very positive experience with a lady at Honey baked. On the receipt the sales id is REEAL. She seemed to be a supervisor. She was helping a coworker make a sandwich. She acknowledged me which is huge in the way of customer service and finished with the coworker. I was waited on promptly and in a very friendly way. Great service.
