The Honey Baked Ham Company

I do not recommend using Honey Baked Ham at Northpoint Pkwy Alpharetta, GA. I placed a catering order for Ham and Turkey for 45 people on November 11th for delivery on November 19th and received an email confirmation (screenshot attached). I called Monday November 17th to make sure the order had been received and would be delivered, at my chosen time between 11:30 and noon, for our company Thanksgiving potluck. I was told that everything was set and it would be delivered. I called again on November 19th before my delivery time and was told that yes, my order would be delivered on time. My delivery did not show up during my delivery time and after 5 phone calls and speaking with a "Manager" was told that there was 1. A problem with a driver. 2. The driver had not left yet. 3. Omg…. The people here are absolutely AMAZING… one of the best customer service experiences ever. I’ve never ate here before and they were very patient and helpful. Everyone here was helpful and worked as a team. Very professionally kind and polite. Highly recommended would definitely return.

Ate at this location today for lunch. The inside is like a small little cafe style dining area which was a very nice atmosphere. There were several tables and high tops to choose from. I got the BBQ Smoke Stacked sandwich for the first time which was so delicious! This may be my favorite sandwich now from Honey Baked Ham. If you like ham, bacon and barbecue sauce you will love this sandwich! Keep up the awesome work you guys

They first had "Iesha" on the name to pick up. Do you see an I in my name? Then I ge5 home it's the wrong sandwich. I ordered Turkey Bacon Ranch on multi grain. Why I got the Tarvern on a roll. This pick up ordered was placed on Oct 10th 2025 after 4pm. Whomever was working that shift needs to pay attention!! I didn't order ham

I had veggie sandwich and it was delicious. And the service and hospitality there is very good. Highly recommend
