The flavor of the food was really good but the service absolutely sucked. It took an hour to get our food and we weren't the only ones. The excuse she gave is that they ran out and they had to go in the back and cut more pieces off. Okay but the reason she gave the other people for their delay was that they ran out of brisket and had to cut some more. I'm not sure but I think everybody knows you can't just instantly make smoked brisket. It was busy but I seen that all the other tables were getting serviced except for the ones that this woman was taking care of. The other thing was that we both got 16 oz ribeye and it was literally half-fat and gristle. I know you run the risk on a ribeye but it was ridiculous. I am going to be dreaming about these fried pickles. I have started this restaurant on Maps so that we never forget to stop and grab a bite to eat while passing by. The barbecue and beans and fries are also fantastic. I am still waiting on my dessert but I anticipate that it will be of equal measure.

Absolutely delicious food! We had a burger, a fish plate and a chicken sandwich for lunch. The fish was EXTRAORDINARY! Light, flaky and perfectly seasoned. The chicken sandwich was HUGE. Fed 3 starving people for $40

Pretty flippin amazing. Great service. Amazing food. Small is a 1/2lb of meat. Large is 1lb. We went with the large 2 meat combo got the half chicken (so you get one 1/2 chicken each and brisket plenty for two. And under $40. Great price.

First time there, we got the hog trough platter that could feed 3 to 4 people. Definitely worth the money, the beef brisket, pulled pork, and pulled chicken all had very good flavor. Their sides were all good. The ribs were not fall off the bone ribs. They were smoked, they had a very good flavor to them. We got an appetizer. We thought we'd try the stuffed mushrooms. Lord have mercy, we had no idea how big they were, and let me tell you, those were the bomb!!They came with their homemade sticky mustard dip,(Delish),😋 we would definitely go back if we were in the area.
