The Haven Bar and Grill

Ok. I have to say this is such an amazing place. When we entered the property. I was like look at this place. The lake has a cool floating course on the lake. Should just say water park. They also have a race track. So we entered the restaurant. The restaurant is kept clean along with the bathrooms. The service was great. Our server Bella gave amazing service,and also the staff. Thank you Now let's talk about the food. We ordered the fried pickles. My wife said quote "These are the best fried pickles I've ever had" She also had the club. Soooo good is what she said. She also had a Rum bucket and Banana sunset Now I had the River soaker. This was amazing. I ended it with a scoop of ice cream. I recommend you stopping by. Check out there Facebook page. The food was great. I got the burger melt, the chicken sandwich with sauce and loaded fries, Shrimp basket, tea , and a peach on the beach drink. All was great. Sam the bartender made the peach on the beach drink was so good. I even met the kitchen staff that cooked our food. They came out one at a time to ask how we liked what that made. It was after lunch so was a little slower so they were able to ask. It was a surprise to see the lake and floats to play on in the water. Many young adults there in the park. Was a very pleasant time. Whitney and Shawn was a couple other staff we met. Had a good time speaking to all.

ACCESS DENIED. 1st and last time here. Didn't even get seated and was told to sit outside with our service dog. Been dealing with this for 20 years. It is high time, even in backwater towns, this Federal Law should be well known by now. No service or food as it kinda killed my appetite.

Went here with a group of 8. They way the flow of things went with our waitress was a bit off. She was nice but probably new to the game. Food was decent not fantastic not bad. We dined in and both bills had a 10% fee for a Togo order not sure why. We just considered that as part of the tip. All in all not sure we'd go back. We will probably try out Lumberjacks next time we are in the area.
