One of the first 50. Had a great time waiting on the doors to open. The line was long but all were in good spirits. The team did a wonderful job even with the monkey wrench that got thrown at them. Enjoyed the food.

GM-Ms.P, Manager Jamel, Table Workers-Tee&Christian, Biscuit Maker- Ms. Ashley along with Sean, Tabitha and Ms. Carrie by far are the best workers with phenomenal customer services skills. I always feel welcome when I enter into Jack's being greeted with a smile and A good morning or a simple how are you. That alone takes me throughout my day. Even placing my order at the drive thru you can feel the love and know they love what they do. And the food is always hot and fresh. Never have I experienced a bad visit. Jack's in Leakesville, Mississippi by far has the best Superb customer service and the employees love what they do....yall have a good crew 👍 ❤️💪

Setting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes is crazy. Hopefully the foods hot. Most people behind us drove off. Merry Christmas Eve. They came out to say they were waiting on grits 35 minutes after the order. After going in… we were refunded our money because he couldn’t give us our order without the grits… it’s after 11am now. I get biscuits and gravy. Just fantastic. Bad business for sure. Under trained staff.

This was in the Leakesville, MS location. I went and bought some food today and the total price was $9.07. I gave the girl at the window $20.10. She gave me no change. I went called and told them what happened and went back over there and I sat in line behind other customers to get to the window. The ticket had $20.10 minus 9.07 = $11.03 change but they said they had counted the drawers and all of the other drawers were great and the window drawer was actually short a few dollars. The refused to give me the $11.03 back. They just lost a good customer and no I will not recommend them to anyone.

I am an online app shopper, which means I place my orders on their app and go pick up my food. The last 3 times I've done so, the food has been wrong or they left something out. When you go inside to tell them, they accuse you of trying to get more free food. That is absolutely ridiculous, this place is new but let me tell you, customer service is horrible.
