The Happy Egg Eatery & Bar

I highly recommend this restaurant. There are too many positive things to say about The Happy Egg Johnston. My wife and I had breakfast here 2/27/26. This is 1 week after they launched. I can confidently say if you told me they have been in business for several years I would believe it. Everything was so dialed in, cleanliness, staff attentiveness and my lord the food. Food was so delicious. We are definitely going to become returning customers.

The food was fresh and the servers were kind. We ordered the chilaquiles rojos, tres leches nutella crepe and the huevos rancheros. The huevos rancheros they forgot the rice and guacamole and tortillas. They are still a new place and have a large menu so it’s understandable. Overall, I will definitely give this place another try in the future.

Wow. What a breakfast. Everything was very delicious and presented to us with the passion of making a Great Breakfast. Salmon Benedict and The Happy Benedict was both a win. And also the Blueberry pancake to top it off. We will be back!!!

What an eggcellent place. The food is top notch. Service was great. Grilled carne asada was awesome.

Food was fantastic and cheap. Not too bad of a wait. On other person had no chicken in the omelette they ordered, but the staff made up for it with a huge bowl for her, and they are just getting started out so getting service perfected is understandably still in progress. Cant recommend enough. Plus I have celiac and they have some gluten free options.
