Absolutely impressed with this meal prep spot. The food is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned , you can tell they truly care about quality. Every meal tastes homemade, clean, and balanced, which is rare. The proteins are always cooked just right, the veggies stay crisp, and the seasonings are on point without being heavy. As someone who trains and watches what I eat, this place makes it easy to stay consistent. Their meals keep me energized, full, and feeling great throughout the day. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the packaging is super convenient. You can’t beat it. Highly recommend if you want healthy, delicious meals without the stress of cooking.

1st time in today, and the staff is awesome and friendly. The meal preps are a perfect size, and everything tastes fresh. I ordered the Asian BBQ chicken meal with Brown rice and veggies with a delicious Aloha Smoothie. It's such a cool place, and the atmosphere vibes are tropical. Thank you all! 😁🍲🧋

Decided to try this place after jury duty and am so happy I did! I got the thai lettuce wraps which were recommended by the hostess and it was full of flavor and very filling! Def check this place out if you're in the area, I can't wait to go back!

This place is awesome. The design is inviting the people are amazing and the food is delicious. I have really enjoyed everything that I have tried. They have unique flavor options for healthy tasty food. I recommend the smoothies. They are all really good. Can’t wait to start getting my weekly meal prep from them as well. Yum! I’ve visited a few times and intend to make it a regular spot for my smoothies and fresh delicious clean meals! Bonus: they are in Downtown San Diego and have free parking with validation for one-hour, which makes it super easy to stop in and grab your food and go, or hang for a bit in their beautiful, clean and bright space. Easy parking is huge for me! Always friendly faces and the owners are passionate about their food. The meals are delicious, and makes eating a low-inflammation and vegan diet easy. I’m so happy this place exists in SD! You’ll love it.
