The Halal Guys

I ordered from a delivery app and this was the 1st and last time I would order from The Halal Guys, I ordered a Beef gyro with falafel. The meal was kind of ruined by the falafel, which was extremely dry and overcooked. They honestly looked and tasted like burnt meatballs rather than fresh falafel. The outside was too hard, and the inside had no moisture at all. The rest of the plate was fine, but falafel is a key part of the meal, and when it’s this dry, it throws everything off.

Wanted mediterranean food and decide to try this place. We were super excited, but unfortunately, we’re disappointed with the experience and the food. There were two employees there. The service was definitely without a smile and honestly, I felt like we were burdening the employee. We did let them know that it was our first time there, but neither employee explained anything about the food or welcomed us. We ordered three large gyro plates and two drinks and our order came out to be around $56. I did request to try the chicken before I ordered to make sure the chicken had enough seasoning and in my opinion it lacked flavor. And the spicy chicken was too spicy for me. It was heat with no flavor in my opinion. That’s why we decided to go with the Gyro meat instead. They were very stingy

Ordered platter and sandwich. Platter of chicken somewhat tasty but was a bit skimpy on ingredients. The beef on the sandwich must have been from previous day(s). The two machines for cooking of meat maybe there for decoration. (?) I'd pass on a return visit.

I had a fantastic experience at The Halal Guys, and a huge part of that was thanks to Maryum! From the moment I walked in, Maryum greeted me with a warm, genuine smile and made me feel incredibly welcome. She was very knowledgeable about the menu, patiently answered all my questions, and even gave great recommendations on what sauces to try (and how much hot sauce to add!). Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out, even during a busy time. Not only was she efficient and quick with preparing the order, but she also made sure everything was perfect before handing it over.
