Everything was absolutely amazing!! We had the brisket, Louisiana gumbo with rice and beans, cornbread, and the ribs which were phenomenal. Amazing family and super friendly and helpful!! We were just driving through town and the smell was so irresistible that we turned the car around lol!!! and we are so glad that we did! they were in the parking lot of the motel six

This BbQ is the most tender and flavorful meat . It’s a must try for sure, you won’t be disappointed.

Came across the grill father as we stopped in Pecos to charge and he happened to be at the flying J with a mobile setup. By far the best BBQ we’ve tasted! Hope to run into you again.

Maybe one day the sign said he was in Pecos we drove from Balmoreah sad but true. Maybe one day we can have that great food.
