The Greek Spot of Manalapan

Fantastic genuine authentic Greek restaurant. Huge portions. Fresh, home made food. Great flavors. Options are beef, lamb, seafood and vegetarian\ vegan options. Daily specials too. It's easy to get to, little shopping plaza right off of rte 33 Manalapan Freehold border.

Had lunch at this place today, couldn’t have been more happy with the food and the service. I was seated by a gentleman who didn’t appear to speak much English, but was kind and courteous. Right away they brought over water with lemon, olives, and a basket of one pita bread. Another gentleman who I believe might be one of the owners came over to take my order. I ordered the chicken lemon soup as well as the lamb and beef Gyro with lemon potatoes. This might have been the best Gyro I have ever tasted. The soup was delicious as well And the service was on point. If I could give them 10 out of five stars I would. Great place. Don’t walk run here to eat. The food is delicious. You will thank me later and also thank them.

Friendly service, large portions and deliciousness! Loved the spanakopita, avgolemono, vegan odyssey., fresh pita. You can’t go wrong here. We will definitely return and look forward to eating our way through the menu.

For the love all things holy!! This was some of the best food I have ever had in my life!! Monster size portions and monster flavor!! Everything that was brought out was over the top delicious!! I have attached some pictures of what we ordered. This restaurant is just down right delicious!!! I couldn’t wait so I had my leftovers for breakfast!! Way to be The Greek Spot!!!!

This is at the top of my restaurant rotation! The food is so delicious. The pita with olive oil they gave the table was so amazing!! Our appetite was now open and ready to devour the zucchini fritters as an appetizer. My husband, who is not a fan of veggies, said he could eat veggies everyday if they tasted as good as the fritters. Next came our meals, I had the whole branzino with green beans. Wow! Amazing green beans with so much flavor, I could eat an entire plate of just the green beans. The branzinon was truly the star of the plate. Meaty, tender and just the right amount of tangy-ness!
