Mostly Smoked Barbeque Inspired Eatery

This was some of the best bbq outside of texas I've had! We got the brisket and the pulled pork with mac and cheese, corn bread, and mashed potatos. The brisket was incredibly moisty and melt in your mouth. The pulled pork was also really good. The mashed potatos were soo creamy and delicious! The mac and cheese was also pretty good though just above standard. Also loved the corn bread! The only super minor note i would say is it would be great if they had a homemade lemonade instead of just bottles

They should rename this place Holy Smokes, because you're gonna see God when you eat here, or feel like you've died and gone to heaven! I shared a review I watched with friends a year ago, and we FINALLY got together to stop in. Don't wait. Find time. Come here ASAP! We weren't sure what to get - everything sounded so good, so we wanted to try it all! We were greeted by the owner, Rob, and he made our BBQ dreams come true by building a custom platter for us to share! We skipped sides to fully enjoy the meats. The food was OUT. OF. THIS. WORLD. My personal favorites were the Brisket and the Ribs. Very little fat, and nothing but bone left on the rib. The other meats were absolutely delicious, too. This spot deserves all 5 stars for multiple reasons - 1. They have a great service. Very welcoming, very informative if it's your first time - just ask! 2. Prices are GREAT for this time and age - you get a really really good value for your money. 3. Of course - the food is AMAZING! They keep it simple and full of flavor. This is my new favorite spot when I'm in the area, and if I don't have time to sit, I'll make sure to grab one to go.

Go out of your way to try this place. I was very surprised with the food, alone the amount of pulled pork would be two orders worth at any other place. Either the manager or owner was very nice checking on me, and was helpful when I asked for anything. Get the chili if it’s on the menu, trust me. The brisket and pulled pork were tender and solid. My only complaint would be more bbq sauce. The wings are what stole the show for me, they were smoked and fried and the glaze was just right, I ate them without needing blue cheese… The Mac & Cheese was not bland like other places, the Mashed Potato’s were very parmesan-y. The cornbread was like any other place.
