I never ever right a review unless fully needed. Ok so this shop was always my go to for bagels until my last visit. ordered two bagels with bacon egg and cheese. let's start with them first. when I got home they had ketchup on both after I was asked and said no ketchup. so I had to drive them back just to get two more sandwiches to get home to see that they only gave me one egg on each bagel and a half of slice of cheese on each sandwich and the bacon was an insult they put the tiniest piece on each one. my sandwich wasn't worth more then 4.00. I was really mad to see what they did. mean while I spent 9.00 a bagel they also charge .90 cents for a slice of cheese ontop of the 7.59 egg bagel. We were so disappointed in our bagels. 20.00 for two bagels they better be good. let's n

Everytime I go in this bagel store they either get the order wrong or overcharge. I handed the lady my order in writing because they always get it wrong and wound up in the end over charging me (accidentally) 🤨for 6 extra bagels that I did not order and when I called to complain she knew before I could even say why I was calling to complain that she over charged me. This is an on going issue. Bunch of crooks who work there I ordered Xtra Xtra cooked ham and this is what they gave me and the manager said this is Xtra Xtra Cooked ham. I can only imagine their regular ham sandwich

Asked for a bacon egg and cheddar on a toasted everything bagel. Got a bacon egg and American on an…egg everything bialy roll thing?

Thank you very much! The custom & fresh made toasted bagel with eggs, bacon, and cheese was on spot. Crunchy bacon, eggs cooked just right, and served with a smile. The team was super friendly which made the breakfast taste even better!

I'm giving them two stars because of the price gouging when ordering delivery. The order I place in store is $9 and change vs. the over $16 I pay to have it delivered. They increase the cost of the salad by $1.50 right off the bat. Then they hit you with a $1 online ordering fee AND a .99 delivery fee (which does NOT go to the driver), then on top of that is the taxes and, justifiably, the driver tip. So the same exact salad costs almost $7 more because of the up charge and fees. Also, if you order pick up online, they automatically tack on a tip! Pretty sneaky. And forget calling in the order. They refuse to take delivery orders over the phone. Nice lack of customer service. I actually found a better deli close by that also has great salads for much more reasonable prices and I'll most l
