The Outdoor Kitchen Factory

We bought a jacuzzi thru Outdoor Kitchen/ Hot Tub Factory. The salesman was great, the delivery guys were great and the product is great. We’ve been in it just about every day since delivery. I actually can’t believe I own a hot tub but the finance options were so good it made it affordable for us. Thanks Rich, Bob and Jocelyn for making it a very positive experience from start to finish.

So far Our experience has been pretty impressive. We have been dealing with Zach who has been very knowledgeable , thorough and patient throughout our decision-making process. Just started an outdoor kitchen project with this company and I could not be happier. From the moment I started googling for information to signing on the dotted line, I have felt completely comfortable and never felt any pressure to make a purchase. David, my sales rep, has gone above and beyond…very thoroughly explaining the process, helping me make tough decisions a piece of cake and has already come to my home and stayed in touch with me….even through him being on vacation. Jocelyn has also been in contact with me to make sure that I am happy and that I don’t have any questions or issues so far. I am excited to see the finished product, will most certainly use them with further projects and absolutely recommend this company.

Everything from start to finish with the purchase of our hot tub at the Hot Tub Factory in Bohemia exceeded our expectations. Our sales person Justin, thoroughly explained all of the different options and hot tubs available to us. Bob took the lead from there and his communication with us every step of the way was beyond exceptional. We had a couple of snags on our end with our deck and he went above and beyond to accommodate us in every way possible. The two delivery people that we had that came to our house a couple of times were unbelievable, they took a lot of care with our property and hot tub and we’re very professional. Honestly, this was one of the best experiences that we’ve ever had purchasing anything in a very, very long time. Would highly, highly recommend this store.

We recently purchased an Outdoor Kitchen from The Kitchen Factory/ Fireplace Factory in Bohemia. Rich was our salesman and Steve handled the architectural aspects of the project. It was a delight to work with both of these gentlemen from the design of the kitchen right down to the installation. We were given a timeline and a clear explanation of each step in the process.
