The Golden Bowl

I don’t know what happened within the last 2 years but they have really fallen off. This the 2nd time I’ve ordered from them and the food is trash. Once it hits air it’s hard, cold, almost plastic tasting. I order the most basic meal every time a sweet and sour chicken dinner with the sauce on the side, since when is there an audible crunch with sweet and sour chicken? Please return to the natural products or point me in the direction of edible Chinese cuisine. I don’t want a refund. Please keep my $15 bucks and put it towards food that makes sense.

Today, I ordered a combination plate of Almond boneless chicken with Egg Foo Yung paties that included Shrimp fried rice. When I got home and opened the container the chicken was old and hard. I immediately called and complained about my meal. If it was not foggy and night .I would have drove 10 miles and returned my ordered. I will go to a Chinese market and cooked my own food. Nothing is better than your cooking your own food. Customer cook your own !

Food was ready quickly which made me skeptical if stuff was pre made. It was hot when I received it. Everything tasted good. I got the wonton soup, mangolian beef, and sesame chicken. The soup was good. The chickens sauce was good but the chicken it self was dry. I did not care for the beef as it was bland

I would love to give this restaurant more stars yet I can't after insanely ordering Almond or Sweet and Sour chicken multiple times because of how good the other meal items taste. I ordered a combination plate that included Sweet and Sour chicken that upon getting home to eat I noticed overcooked, dry chicken that appears to have been re-fried after sitting around ready to be reheated with the deep fryer. It was hard and stringy. What a disappointment.

They could have not put all them fat vegetables in my rice , also I did not like how I paid for two(2) egg rolls (shrimp) egg rolls and it was no shrimp inside of them. I’m very upset. I wish you would stop being a cheapskate and give more shrimp. Also my meal all together was $20. I’m annoyed golden bowls do better
