I absolutely love this place and the sandwiches are incredibly delicious! Vegan Breakfast and lunch options are my go to!! The sassy ladies really throw down! 🔥

Wow! Awesome! I had the falafel wrap and the sweet potato bites. Too often vegan food is loaded with salt to compensate for the lack of meat, but this place simply uses fresh ingredients and combines them well for a refreshing taste that still satisfies. I know you will ask, so I'll tell you they are 100% vegan. I checked several hiding spots in the prepackaged drinks and nothing. You can eat here with confidence. I'm not vegan, but I've found that vegans (even the ones who use too much salt) take great pride in their food. I enjoy all food if it is well made and with heart. This place does just that. The Gentle Giant Cafe has been on my list of places to try for a while now and today, I finally had the pleasure of dining here with my partner and friend. The cafe is located on an adorable street in Pitman and the parking was easy (and free)! The owners were both working today and very helpful in making recommendations on the menu. We got some specials- two different soups (a 3 bean with tempeh crumble and a peanut butter pumpkin) paired with super delicious corn muffins and agave butter. I could have eaten at least three of those muffins and as a proclaimed not-a-soup-person, the three bean was slammin' and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Very cute cafe offering delicious 100% plant-based cuisine. The falafel wrap is incredibly delicious and flavorful. I hope they will expand their menu just a bit. I found it too limiting, but completely understand their focus on fewer menu items. At least for the time being.

With delicious food and a cozy atmosphere, this adorable vegan cafe is the perfect brunch spot. The service is spectacular and you are welcomed like family. We recently attended their Gilmore Girls Breakfast and had such a wonderful time. The attention to detail made you feel as if you were dining in Stars Hallow complete with “Luke” at the counter. They also partner with rescues and animal outreach organizations. If you are looking for amazing, compassionate cuisine with small town, nostalgic ambience, you must visit the Gentle Giant Cafe 💚
