The Gashouse Restaurant

We went for dinner during our trip to Beaver Creek. It was on a weekday and this place was busy, tables filled up pretty quick! I love the rustic cabin decor in the dinning room, very warm and cozy vibe. Our server Brett is great, informative and very patience with us. Soup of the Day was Beef & Vegetable and it was pretty good. On the entrees, we went with the grilled wild game meats. Hubby got the Elk Combo (Elk Chop, Grilled Quail, Jackalope sausage). The chop cooked just right, tasty sausage and the quail was delicious. I had the Elk Tenderloin, it was flavorful but I should have ordered medium rare instead of medium as it was overdone to my liking :P

The staff were excellent hosts and servers. The food was amazing quality and fairly priced. Our group loved the cozy cabin feel-perfect vibe for our last meal of vacation.

Very good food and friendly service. I can’t remember our server’s name but she was lovely. Lively restaurant with a great atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised and will return many times! Also amazing dirty martini with blue cheese olives :)

Awesome as always! Whenever we are in the area, this is our spot for at least one dinner. Great friendly service paired with great consistent food and a relaxed, welcoming, fun atmosphere is just what we love about it!

Cool atmosphere with all the taxidermied animals. Service was a little slow but the waiter was polite and the people were polite. Overall. I got the baby back ribs and they were fine but a little bit flavorless except for the barbecue sauce. I felt like more time could have been spent getting flavor into the meat. He also got sirloin steak medium rare. It was also more on the dry side and a little overcooked. All in all, after spending $100 for two entrees and two drinks, I just don't feel like the value is there for the taste of the food.
