The FourNine

2/26/2026 We tried this place for the first time because the Philly they posted on Facebook looked really good. So I placed a carryout order for 5:20pm. My husband and I show up at exactly 5:20 and he runs in to grab our food. He's told that they gave our carryout order to someone else before we arrived. So we had to wait an additional 15 minutes for our food to be made again. They could have knocked a few dollars off as an apology but they didn't. It wasn't the greatest first impression when it was our first time here. We did still make it to our movie on time at least. We ordered 2 Philly Cheeseteaks, fries and a cup of ranch to dip fries in. Neither of us liked the ranch at all. The Philly's were good though. I don't know that they were $20 per sandwhich good.

The vibe is teamwork with some local friendly people! Vibrant place that’s a fairly new location and well managed. Plenty of staff and chefs cooking up the best tasting steaks and a good price. Plenty of beer and spirits to choose from including some great whiskey and bourbon choices. I felt right at home and welcomed. Enjoyed both my meals: steak and salmon dinners.

I had such a great time at The FourNine in Mount Zion! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and top-notch hospitality. Ryan and Lewie behind the bar made the whole visit even better — their energy was welcoming, their service was attentive, and they genuinely made us feel like valued guests. They didn’t just serve drinks and food — they created a fun and memorable experience. The menu has so many delicious options and everything we tried was flavorful and fresh. The atmosphere is casual yet lively, perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a night out over great food and drinks. I especially appreciated how Ryan and Lewie went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. They truly showcased what makes The FourNine a standout spot in MTZ! Highly rec

Love this place! Everything I have tried has been amazing! Great cocktails, great food, and great people. Tabitha is attentive, kind, and just a great asset. If you haven’t been GO, salads, burgers and a well rounded menu.

What a cool place! Neat artwork on the walls, good food, excellent service. Adult grilled cheese was delicious (though a bit on the messy side as far as eating) as was the chicken hibachi wrap. Portions were perfectly sized, finished our meals and weren't overly stuffed. Cocktails were also top-notch!
