Krekel's Custard Mt. Zion

First timer, we were first in drive thru lane, waited over 10 min for 2 burgers and cold fries and cheese curds. Neither of us finished the burgers, they were awful. Employees in window having a good time messing around, not much working going on.

I'm giving them -10 because not only did I have to repeat myself twice through the drive-thru he had to ask me at the window what I ordered. Read the receipt to me again and still got the whole order wrong and then had the nerve to say bring it back and will will fix it... sorry you have one job and you still can't do that one job!!! My boyfriend called up there. Talked to the manager and he is the one that said just to bring the food back. We live 25 minutes away. I'm not going to waste my gas again just for them to redo the order. They should have got right the first time

Local ice cream & burger joint with a hometown atmosphere, exceedingly clean dining area. Ample parking, fast service. Affordability a plus, with the usual regular selections. Fast food dining without the chain thing. Outdoor dining area.

Mt Zion Krekels is the best of the bunch! They prepared.an awesome cheeseburger meal for me. Signature Krekel patties, repleat with crispy edges. A heaping helping of fresh French fries .... YuM. I came to visit some family and friends today and I haven't had krekels for a long time. It's better than steak and shake I forgot how good it really tastes and boy it tasted delicious. Hot fresh french fries and the cheeseburger with outstanding the customer service was just wonderful. They made you feel welcome with a big huge smile on their face. I will be coming back more I'm planning to come back more often to visit some of my friends and my family. Thank you for the great customer service you gave me your employees welcome everyone with a smile with a great attitude it was wonderful. You can tell they work really hard and they deserve a raise!
