The Forks

I had an incredible experience at The Forks Inn. The restaurant was simply amazing from start to finish. I ordered the prime rib, and it was hands down the best I have ever had — perfectly cooked, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The views are spectacular, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing and memorable meal. The service was excellent as well. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made the experience feel special without being overbearing. I also highly recommend trying the Mountain Mule – a great drink to pair with dinner and enjoy with the scenery. If you’re considering a visit, go. You won’t regret it. I can’t wait to go back!

The bed was "springy" with a ridge in the middle. There were no tissues in the room, and the TP roll was almost empty. We had to call for another roll. We were there for our anniversary looking for a "special" experience. The restaurant was good. Michelle was a great waitress and Drew treated us very nicely. Had trouble getting the door to lock and had to call Drew for help.

This restaurant is such an asset to WV. The food, service, and staff were just amazing. The five course meal was a delightful experience. The curated dishes from the appetizers to main dishes and through dessert and drinks was top notch. The adjoining hotel allowed for an evening of ease and taking our time to fully enjoy the dining experience.

It’s been before COVID since I had visited the forks and the experience was just as good if not better My wife really enjoyed her first visit and we both loved the tasting menu. Michelle is always such an outstanding server and made the evening that much better. We will return again soon.

Service was good. Food was disappointing. We have been there before at the service and the food was much better. I can appreciate and understand and definitely willing to over pay for an amazing food, but I’m not willing to do is pay high prices for a steak that my husband can make better at home. There were four of us and for us the price way outweighed the food.
