The Flying Biscuit Cafe

Left New York @ 3:00am and flew here to Georgia. From the airport first stop was here to flying biscuit café here In Norcross Georgia, we were so hungry and our server. Amanda was so wonderful. 100+ stars for her. My Husband ordered the flying biscuit breakfast and sweet tea and I had a pineapple mimosa on the recommendations of Amanda and the mini shrimp and grits and a single buttermilk pancake with blueberries. Everything was so delicious fresh and hot off the grill. We will definitely be coming back here before our return trip home on Monday hopefully I can get some of those grits to come back with me. I got the Piedmont Omelette with fruit and a Bacon biscuit. The Omelette was so good I gobbled it up before I could snap a picture. Its stuffed to the brim with applewood bacon and chunks of sausage, very well crafted. The Biscuit was a bit dry but it did take me a minute to get to it. A little disappointed there. All in all a good meal with fresh fruit. My server Pamela was great and she was very attentive. She brought everything out I needed before I had a chance to ask and they greeted me at the door!

The food was a bit dry and overcooked. The waffle and pancake was delicious! The atmosphere and staff were incredible. We'll definitely give the food another try.

Great spot for breakfast! Lots of vegetarian and vegan options! They even have scrambled tofu— a rare find!

We had a great experience at breakfast today! Our server, Amanda, was absolutely wonderful. She was so friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed from start to finish. The service was quick, she checked on us at just the right times, and she had such a warm, welcoming attitude that made our morning even better. It’s always nice to be served by someone who genuinely seems to enjoy what they do. Amanda really made our visit special. We’ll definitely be coming back!
