I ordered a platter with assorted pastries and small chops, sharwama, sweet, coconut and golden bread. My order was neatly packed.All pastries were fresh and absolutely delicious. I had a large order (60 cupcakes) for a client, on the way to my client the cupcakes fell out of the container and 1/3 of them were destroyed. I went back to Dagashi and they immediately leapt into action and replaced the destroyed cupcakes with new ones. Of course my client loved the cupcakes but how a company acts when things go wrong is where the rubber meets the road and Dagashi came through for me big time! Highly recommend them!!
