The food is cooked to order, and it is DEFINITELY worth the wait! Unless you eat spicy foods, Listen to the waiter when they tell you about their spices, cause even the medium and mild ain't nothing to play with!🔥🔥🔥. Shoutout to our waiter too, she was very nice and attentive! (Be mindful, they close early at 4 on Friday and Saturday). Will definitely be stopping here again the next time I'm in Chattanooga 🔥💯🤗

we loved our meal and time here! Our group of 3 split a family combo + some tenders and ended up with plenty left over because we didn't realize how big the portions would be. The staff were very friendly and gave good advice on which spice level to choose.

This is a must if you are in Chattanooga! Ed the owner is the Man! Best chicken, wings, shrimp and fish. Also the greens, mac & cheese are to die for! Please give this family owned business the support it deserves! Support local businesses!

Our first visit but definitely not the last! My wife loved her Chic and waffles (no heat). I had the wings and catfish combo (mild heat that delivered a nice kick). I was warned that even the medium heat might hit harder than than expected but plan on giving it a shot next time. Generous portions and very attentive service. A locally black-owned business loved by many, and the best classic R&B playlist anywhere!

This place is a must go for anyone who loves hand breaded wings & southern sides!! Their wings are top notch!! Greens & lemon cake are amazing! We come to Flaming Rooster every single time we come to Chattanooga! Wouldn’t be a trip to Chattanooga without visiting the Rooster!
