Must Visit Firefly Cafe' (Babes) on Hayesville square! Madison was cheerful & happy to help me make my selection!! l got close to one of everything! Hannah & Ty have the cutest Cafe and culinary talent for days! I got a gorgeous Sourdough boule, a Jalapeño/bacon Danish, Chocolate Danish, an AppleThing, a Blueberry Lemon Thing, and a great cup of black coffee! ***My philosophy, Always choose the highest quality indulgences made with the most careful hands if you are going to hop off your low carb Modified Mediterranean Keto way of life for a minute!!***Cheers! We’re loving this new coffee shop! Hayesville needed another gem and this is perfect, they have fresh baked goods changing every so often and delicious matcha and coffees. For sure try the chocolate muffins and americano! It is right on the corner of the square next to the bike shop.

I stopped by this new gem on Saturday and was blown away by the quality and service. I ordered a hot whole milk Latte and a hot Chai Latte, and they were both excellent—perfectly balanced and creamy. ​What really made my day was the thoughtful service. Since we were dining in, the barista offered us real ceramic mugs instead of to-go cups. There is something about a thick, heavy mug that makes the coffee experience so much better; it kept our drinks hot. ​The food was just as impressive: ​Sausage and Cheese Hand Pie: The crust was perfectly flaky and the sausage was seasoned to perfection. ​Swedish Cinnamon Roll: This was a highlight—light, soft dough with just the right amount of sweetness. ​I absolutely loved everything about my visit and I’m already looking forward to my next latte here

Nicey decorated and quaint spot with great coffee and baked goods! I had the mocha latte and Rasberry Cheese Danish. Kid had the hot cocoa and hazelnut pistachio brioche. Both excellent! Mrs Hannah is very sweet and the customer service is top notch. We will be regulars.

Second time in today and stopped by to bring pastries to work. Got one of each of the pastries in the case. Everyone loved them! Favorites were the mixed berry lemon thing (?) and the cinnamon roll (omg so soft). Also loved the chocolate danish and the raspberry white cheddar scone for less sweet options.
