The Egg Bistro

Juan was our server today and he did amazing! I didn’t know what to get and he helped me make a decision that turned out to be so good. He was very attentive to make sure we had a good experience. We even learned about their reward programs, definitely worth it. It was my husband and I’s first time here and he made it a great experience. Make sure to ask for Juan on your next visit! Great service and the food was amazing. If you’re looking for a breakfast spot come here! 100/10 will be coming back.

We ordered immediately upon sitting down for the wait of “15-20 minutes” was long enough for us to review the menu online. Cinnamon swirl French toast was like no other. You can actually taste the cinnamon which is uncommon in other places I’ve tried. Ordered a cappuccino so I thought but looks like a latte. It was really good especially with the whipped cream added. The southern chicken salad croissant was absolutely delicious!!! The only negative was the blueberry pancake I ordered was not fully cooked.

Juan was an excellent server. He explain what meal was good and what meal he recommended. He came and checked on us and made sure we were comfortable. Came and checked on me and my girlfriend!

Where to begin, I'll start with this it was better than I expected, parking is fair, plenty of space inside and the atmosphere is decent. The service was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My server was Bridgett B. She has a very vibrant personality and very attentive. I ordered the Breakfast Chimichanga which was absolutely amazing, I felt like I was cheating on my wife for not having her here for the experience. I will definitely bring her next time for sure!!!! And they have an award point system, basically it's a dollar off for each visit. 10 point equals $10. All and all I highly recommend this place. P.S make sure you come with an huge appetite, the serving size is more than adequate!

I had brunch at Eggs Bistro and we had Juan as our server. He was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. He checked in at the right times without being overbearing and had such a positive attitude the entire time. Brunch is always better when you have great service, and Juan definitely made our experience even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have him again!
