Little Bean Play Cafe

My daughter and I LOVE the Little Bean Play Cafe! It is the perfect place for me to get a delicious coffee and for her to enjoy playing for two hours. We typically go to all of the events and can’t get enough, so we got a play pass. It is beautifully decorated on the cafe side, and the play side toys rotate so it’s always something fun for my daughter. You can tell so much thought and love was put into this business. The owners are so friendly and personable. Naomi loves going to see Ms. Bri to play 😊

The café side is the real deal, serving genuinely great coffee with open windows that look right into the play area so you can relax while still keeping an eye on your little one. The play space itself is thoughtfully designed — not too many toys to overwhelm, just enough to keep kids happy and engaged. There’s even a separate lactation room stocked with snacks and drinks, which is such a thoughtful addition for moms. It’s clean, welcoming, and well-run. Honestly, it’s the kind of place you’d stop by just for coffee and a little down time, even if you didn’t have kids with you.

Attended a birthday party at this location. Very clean and organized (before the kids started to play). I love that it gave the littles free play away from screens. I had the Frostbite latte- HIGHLY recommend! Atmosphere is cute and cosy with just the “right” amount of stimulation for toddlers that may get overstimulated easily. Bathrooms are neat and clean. Lactation room is well thought out and conveniently located just off the play area. I plan to bring my little back for a play day.

We held our daughters 2nd birthday at little bean and we are absolutely blown away! The owners, Brianna and her husband, are so kind and personable, they really make you feel comfortable. The building itself is clean, organized, and so aesthetically pleasing. We chose the “steamed to perfection” party package and let them have creative freedom for the decorations of the party theme and they killed it!! All of our party guests were completely in awe over everything and I can’t thank little bean enough! Every little detail is filled with love and thought, you can tell they love and take pride in what they do. Myself and most of our guests drove 30-45 mins out from Virginia Beach and we certainly will make that drive again just to visit Little Bean Play Cafe!

The best play cafe for little ones! Our 7 month old loves to play in their baby area; they have tunnels and slides and a ball bit. Everything is clean and well kept. They also have an amazing lactation room that we use. Adorable changing pad, snacks and drinks for nursing moms, and a clean rocking chair. It’s nicer than my own nursery 🤪 The food and drinks they offer in the cafe are amazing! I think their pumpkin drink and the cookie drink are better than any drink at Starbucks! Their coffee reminds me of our favorite artisan coffee shop. I would come here just for the coffee. Their muffins and little sweet breads are delicious too. I’m so excited to see new events and to spend time here!
