The Draft House

Loved the place. Service was excellent and food was awesome. The candied bacon burger is a must have for anyone that loves cheeseburgers. The sweet potato fries were perfect. I just have to go back because the waitress didn't include the tip I added to the bill so I have to fix that. I'm going to try the Olive burger this time.

For anyone that loves a good cheeseburger you have to have the candied bacon burger at The Draft House. There are just so many flavors going on in your mouth it's impossible to imagine. From the sweetness of the bacon to the peppery taste and then the zestiness and bite of the bar b q sauce. All on a burger smothered with smooth provolone, topped with lettuce and tomato on a bun that stays together all the way to the last bite. I honestly could not make a better burger at home, and I've tried for decades. I also had the sweet potato fries which were great, lite and crisp with a sweet flavor so nothing else was needed. We stopped in after driving around the area enjoying nature and antique shop. Had a draft beer (would have been better in frosted mug). Wife had a hard cider which I liked flavor better than the beer. We both ordered burgers which were real good. I had Oh yeah burger and wife had portobello burger. Would recommend if in area.

Had the Oh Yeah Burger with Onion Rings, and a few Texas Nachos. Has some TVs and Club Keno. Nice joint.

Very nice place. I was a little surprised how small the perch was (approx. 2inchs- each piece) but it was very good. Excellent service and not too loud.
