THE CUBAN CORNER FOOD TRUCK

All I can say is WOW!! Today was my first time trying this awesome little spot and I will definitely be back. My son ordered the Vaca Frita - Grilled Shredded Beef and I ordered the Cuban Sandwich (both were amazing)!! The owner was also on site and he was super friendly and helpful. We ordered our food to go but they also have a very cozy outdoor seating area to eat in. The portions were good and very filling. Thanks again for the yummy dinner.

So good!! All the food we had was excellent. Finally a good Cuban! So many places claim it, this is actually it! Got pollo asado and it was fantastic. Plantains and soursop juice were fantastic. I will say, i probably didn’t need the salad, it wasn’t anything crazy. ALS the service was great! I tried to walk in with my high school Spanish and they were incredibly gracious!

Cuban sandwich was good, I also ordered the vaca frita crispy it came crispy but no flavor, rice good beans need flavor and yuca was good. Prices are decent portion of meat to be latin food is small.

An expensive and disappointing way to figure out that I do not like Cuban food. Pale, tasteless food with no sort of sauce or anything to make it appealing. I ordered the grilled bone-in pork chops based on the picture that they had advertised and that is definitely not what I got. I ordered a Cuban tamale (as a side, as it was on the menu as a side) but It wasn't supposed to be there obviously because they charged me $5 and something for it. I love tamales, but apparently not a Cuban tamale which is just a load of the tamale corn paste with no meat or filling and then some over fried pork skins sprinkled on top. Why is this even a thing?! Who would eat this!? And the parking lot is next to a mechanic shop where truckers park their rigs and people at the shop kept coming over to the food t

Food was prepared fresh and hot! I had a Cuban sandwich w/ fries and a frozen mango drink, everything was delicious! 😋 Beautiful woman taken your order was very nice and helpful through my sad attempt to order in Spanish. Look forward to trying some beans and rice next time with plantains. Located at to the left when trucks enter the Loves, don't miss out on some really good food!
