Exquisite Caribbean Flavors

Found them at the International Fest in St Lucie, they had a tent. The food was outrageously good. I had pan fried conch, plantains and Mac n' cheese as entre and conch fritters as appetizer. Everything was wonderful and I will admit the spicy slaw made it the perfect meal. 10 out of 10 will find them, again.

Authentic Haitian food that was amazing, amazing, amazing! From the moment I walked in, the energy from the owners was top-tier — welcoming, friendly, and full of love. They even let me try their beet salad, and wow. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and full of culture. Whether it’s catering, date night, or lunch, this is the spot. 5/5 — highly recommend!

The food is so delicious. I’ve had Haitian food before but this is real authentic Haitian food. Well seasoned and tasty. I would highly recommend Tamara’s cooking. The customer service was on point and I believe the plates were affordable considering the portion size we got. I will definitely be purchasing more plates.

I had the pleasure of trying some authentic Haitian fried pork (griot) with rice and beans, and it was absolutely delicious! The pork was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, bursting with rich, savory flavors. The seasoning was on point, giving each bite that signature Haitian kick. The rice and beans were a perfect complement—fluffy, flavorful, and well-seasoned. The combination of the two made for a hearty and satisfying meal that really showcased the depth of Haitian cuisine. I tried both the legumes with crab legs and beef, and the griot with djon djon rice and mac-n-cheese and everything was absolutely delicious! The food was flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with care. The portions were generous, and you can really taste the authenticity in every bite. I highly recommend Exquisite Caribbean Flavors Catering and will definitely be ordering again. If you're looking for real Haitian flavor, this is it!
