The Cuban Corner By Ta-Pas

I have been here twice and the food is amazing! You have to try it! First time I ordered the pan con bistec Cubano.... delicious! Amazing the steak with caramelized onions hitting all the perfect flavor profiles in your palette plus the perfect crunch of the pan and shoestring chips. The second time I ordered the mexican tri-tip torta and that was just 🔥🔥 🔥 💯 cant go wrong!

Wow! Where to start? Live Latin jazz sets the atmosphere while the decor is inviting and warm. Owners/Workers dancing in the kitchen! Staff are friendly and helpful. And then the food came out. This food is so flavorful! Ordered the sample platter, Vaca Frita a la Ripiao, and Camarón Culichi. I can't imagine there's a bad thing on the menu. This is superior food! Washed down with a coffee and mango milk shake. Can't wait to return!

I can’t even! The FLAVOR!!! Presentation was beautiful and they skimp on the meat! The Cuban tacos blew me away with all the flavors and the bacon wrapped burrito was huge and full of the most tender tri-tip! 10 out of 10 on everything including the salsas. Try the blackberry mojito to wash everything down! It’s a perfect combo of fruity sweetness and sour! You have to!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Not sure why it took me so long to come here..but this place is the real deal. The Cubano is done right..pressed perfectly, balanced, nothing heavy or sloppy. I also had the Red Enchiladas Sonorense and even the beans and rice stood out..flavorful, comforting, clearly not an afterthought. Guava shake was creamy, not overly sweet, exactly what you want. Pickup was fast and everything was still hot. The space is open and colorful, the staff are genuinely kind and on it. Tucson doesn’t have many spots like this.. this one counts. I’ll be back.

The Cuban Corner is a gem! The food is beyond delicious. We tried two dishes (sopas and empanadas) and can't wait to try the rest! The coffee flight was cute and very fun :) The prices are super reasonable and very friendly service!
