The Crawfish Basket

I used to love this place. But my past two experiences here have been absolutely awful. I ordered my food at 6:20 and was told it would be fifteen minutes.I did not receive my food until 7:10. After I had waited about thirty minutes, they finally came out and asked me what I had. I repeated my order to them and told them I had been waiting for a long time. The girl could not have cared less. When she finally came back with my food, I asked her to wait while I checked it because I was at the other side window. After I verified that it was all there, she just kind of rolled her eyes and walked away. It was a very expensive order. The time before that, my food was completely wrong. And I had to wait an extra twenty minutes in the restaurant to get the correct order. This was also an expensive

They changed their fish fry batter to something other than corn meal. Had fish here a few months back and it was 5/5. Now, it’s like that fish and chips type of batter. Not a fan. Probably won’t go again until that changes or crawfish season is back.

Food was really good and fairly priced. Service was very good as well.

The food is always great! At times they will have young workers who are preoccupied and not paying attention to orders and such. Most days the staff are on top of it. We order to-go from here about once per week. It’s one of our favorite places!

We FINALLY got a chance to try this place! It was ssooo worth the wait! We went mid afternoon during the week. I ordered the grilled shrimp with boiled potatoes and Robbie had the sampler platter. Food was a little pricey, but it was so good! Thinking about going there right now, but there was a string of cars a mile long going through the drive-thru! Guess everybody else was thinking the same thing.
