Subway

When I walked in the atmosphere was heavy. The African American gentleman was left in charge. He was a great server. But he had to tell the other worker to glove up, she got an attitude right away. She looked at me like I wasn’t paying for her services, no smile, bad attitude, immediately put the one vegetable I asked for on the wrong sandwich. She went to the back left me standing there. I was leaving with half made food. The only reason I finished the order was because the black gentleman took over and was very nice and never got an attitude and acted like a gentleman through the whole situation. I will never give them a penny of my money EVER AGAIN. They truly have employee problems.

Been like 2 years since I ate here. I Ordered on the app. 4 different sandwiches. Picked them up and it look like zombies working there, high as a damn kite!! Got all 4 sandwiches WRONG. 4 NOT 1, ALL 4 WHERE WRONG! It'll be another 2 years before I try again.

They would not answer the damn phone, I've called multiple times to try and make a change to an order and they would answer the phone and hang it up, every time I called they would pick up and hang up immediately. Horrible place, and my order was wrong, will not be back. Typical Jonesboro

Highly disappointed and dissatisfied. At the time of this writing the condition of this Subway is horrible. They lacked many of my online orders and I had to change out items in store. The lady making my sandwich was unhygienic with short hair that needed a hairnet, and visible freshly scabbed home-done tattoos that needed to be covered. None of the employees changed gloves the entire time I was there, and they cycled through two orders prior to mine. The knife the scruffy hairnet-less man used to cut and fold my sandwich was also cycled between customers without even a wipe off. The scruffy hairnet-less man also used the kiosk screen with his gloves on and probably (I wasn’t on alert initially) probably accepted money and distributed change with the same gloves on that he tops and folds t

Made one part of my order wrong and didn't add 50 percent more meat and avacado to it, also was missing 2 bags of chips and a drink. The only reason it's not 1 star is because they got the other sandwich right. Tried to get my money back and no one would answer the phone which would've been fine but nobody answered all through out the day. Called multiple times and no one answered to fix my problem. Overall negative experience.
